your role

As an Account Director you are an important leader in the business, contributing to the development of our agency and reputation as well as the betterment of our team and culture. You are passionate about doing culturally impactful work and are naturally curious about trends shaping the comms industry. You lead by example and create a positive, nurturing team environment while also being an authority on all your clients.

Skills and experience

Motivated, proactive and positive mindset
Previous project management experience, running multiple campaigns at the same time
Strong and empathetic leadership skills, with previous experience managing and developing team members
Creative, with a flair for storytelling
Focussed on quality and driving business impact for clients
Experienced in areas of brand communications including: earned media, influencer engagement, social media, events, content production, talent management and paid media
